Terms of service
1. Access & Account — You must be a legal adult (or have a guardian's OK) to use the site. Give accurate info when you sign up, and you're responsible for keeping your account secure.
2. Products — Product photos/colors may look slightly different on your screen than in real life. Descriptions can change anytime, and DesiSyahi can discontinue or limit stock of any product.
3. Orders — Placing an order is just an offer to buy — it's not confirmed until DesiSyahi accepts it and payment goes through. Once accepted, orders may not be cancellable. Returns/exchanges follow a separate Refund Policy. You're buying for personal use, not resale.
4. Prices & Billing — Prices can change without notice; you pay whatever price was shown at checkout. Taxes/shipping/customs are usually extra unless stated. Keep your payment info accurate and up to date.
5. Shipping — Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. DesiSyahi isn't liable for carrier or customs delays. Once the package leaves DesiSyahi's hands, it's your risk.
6. Intellectual Property — All site content (text, images, logos, etc.) belongs to DesiSyahi or its licensors. You can look and shop, but can't copy, redistribute, or reuse the content without permission.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools — If the site offers tools from outside companies, DesiSyahi doesn't control or guarantee them — you use those at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Links — Any outside links on the site aren't DesiSyahi's responsibility. Check their own terms before you engage with them.
9. Relationship with Shopify — DesiSyahi runs on Shopify's platform, but your purchase contract is with DesiSyahi only — not Shopify. Shopify isn't liable for your orders.
10. Privacy — Your data is covered by DesiSyahi's Privacy Policy and, since the store runs on Shopify, Shopify's Privacy Policy too.
11. Feedback — Anything you submit (reviews, suggestions, etc.) can be used by DesiSyahi freely, forever, for any purpose — including commercially — with no payment owed to you.
12. Errors — DesiSyahi can fix typos, wrong prices, or bad info anytime, even after you've ordered, and may cancel affected orders.
13. Prohibited Uses — No illegal activity, scraping, spam, harassment, impersonation, hacking, viruses, or using bots/AI tools to access the site.
14. AI Agents — If you use an automated "agent" to interact with the site, it must clearly identify itself as a bot (not pretend to be human) and follow any access rules DesiSyahi sets.
15. Termination — DesiSyahi can end your access anytime, for any reason, without warning. You still owe any unpaid amounts.
16. No Warranties — Everything on the site is provided "as is" — no guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted service.
17. Limited Liability — DesiSyahi (and Shopify) aren't liable for damages — lost profits, lost data, etc. — arising from your use of the site or products.
18. Indemnification — If your actions cause legal claims against DesiSyahi (e.g. you broke these terms or the law), you agree to cover their costs/legal fees.
19. Severability — If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still stands.
20. Entire Agreement — This document (plus linked policies) is the full agreement — it replaces any earlier discussions or versions.
21. Assignment — You can't transfer your account/rights to someone else; DesiSyahi can transfer its rights/obligations without needing your consent.
22. Governing Law — Disputes are handled under the laws/courts where DesiSyahi is legally based.
23. Headings — Section titles are just for organization, not legal meaning.
24. Changes — DesiSyahi can update these terms anytime; continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
