Returns & Exchange Policy – DesiSyahi

Return Window:

You can return your item within 10 Days from the date of delivery, Only after informing us on support@desisyahi.com  and getting approval from our side.

Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return:

Email us at support@desisyahi.com to request a return.

Send items to:

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
Let us know immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will replace the item as soon as possible.

 Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized/custom items
• Beauty products, perishables, or hazardous goods

Exchanges Only:  

• We do not offer refunds.
• Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
